Zero Static Tee Bodies

The premiere product of its kind in the industry. Fully machined from a single block · completely drainable · the smallest footprint and lightest weight of any similar style body.

Aquasyn's Zero Static block-body tee valves were engineered to solve the failure point that every welded tee leaves behind: the stub. By machining the whole body from a single piece of 316L bar stock, the branch geometry becomes continuous with the main flow path. No weld at the branch. No porosity. No dead leg. No validation gap. All exterior surfaces are sloped and radiused for wash-down and COP cleanability. Customizable into a variety of configurations, including integrated sampling and diverting flow.

Point-of-Use Valves

Block-body design, machined from solid, with tight bend radii. Built to be integrated into installations where every inch matters.

Aquasyn Point-of-Use valves are designed to drop into the spaces standard inline valves cannot reach. Minimized footprint, compact centerline dimensions, all exterior surfaces sloped and radiused for wash-down, true zero-static design, and a high flow coefficient (Cv) that delivers minimal pressure drop in service. Available in three orientations (P1, P2, P3) to fit specific install envelopes, with custom configurations on a fast-track basis.

P1
Orientation 1
0° base orientation · standard inline-to-outlet path. Default configuration.
P2
Orientation 2
Alternate angular orientation for tight install geometries where P1 will not fit.
P3
Orientation 3
Third standard orientation for complex piping intersections. Specify by drawing or CAD on request.

The engineering signature

Machined from a block. No welded stub.

A fabricated tee always leaves a branch stub. That stub is the failure point: where fluid pools, where validation fails, where the cleaning protocol has to compensate for geometry the manufacturer should have eliminated. Aquasyn machines the entire tee body from a single piece of 316L bar stock. Continuous flow geometry. No dead leg. No porosity at the branch. No traceability gap.

It's why GMP-validated lines specify Aquasyn at every point-of-use connection · and why most competitors can't match it.

Specified across high-purity processes where GMP validation depends on geometry, not workarounds.
