Diaphragm Valves · Pinch Valves · Sampling Valves · Stainless Fabrication
American made. Quality engineered. Industry trusted for thirty years.
Aquasyn exists to eliminate compromise in hygienic-process components. That compromise has two sources, both invisible at procurement and both expensive when they surface in the field.
Most "hygienic" components are industrial parts adapted for high-purity service. The adaptations hide flaws in geometry, materials, and finish.
Surfaces as: contamination events, dead-leg residue, validation failures, premature wear, audit exposure.
Even when the design is right, broad-line manufacturers produce inconsistently. A part meets spec on paper but a different one fails in the field.
Surfaces as: failed lots, supplier surprises, validation re-runs, supply-chain risk.
Most diaphragm valves place the primary seal on the diaphragm itself · which traps process fluid and forces the diaphragm to seal and flex at once. Aquasyn moves the seal to the body, machined into a single 5-axis pass, finished to 10–25Ra.
Eliminates entrapment between diaphragm and body, seal drift, extractables risk, and diaphragm double-duty · the diaphragm flexes, the body seals.
Blank-sheet engineering for hygienic purpose. Tork-Tite® feet, integral sealing ridge, precision-molded diaphragm.
Consistent in-house manufacturing. One workshop, one engineering team, full documentation traceability on every part.
"I only buy Aquasyn because the quality is like no other."
One founder, one workshop, one engineering team since 1996. The proof is in the fielded equipment, the patents, and the institutions that documented the work.
Founder continuity · single Carson City workshop · 316L stainless, Hastelloy, AL-6XN, titanium · documentation traceable on every part.
Two brands. Aligned engineering. One thirty-year story.
In 2026, Aquasyn and Alphinity aligned operationally. Aquasyn engineered in Carson City, Nevada · Alphinity split across Estonia, Europe and Carson City, Nevada. Shared engineering depth, complementary roadmaps. The catalog you're holding stays Aquasyn · stainless heritage, the components on the spec for thirty years. Alphinity covers what comes next: single-use components, fragile processes, intensified processing.
Stainless heritage · multi-use
Diaphragm valves, ARTēVA® pinch valves, sample and bleed valves, tank bottom, Zero Static, custom fabrication. The trust signal procurement and QA recognize. American-made, on the spec for thirty years.
Single-use
Single-use components and systems for fragile processes, intensified processing, and scale-up. The forward voice on the science. Pixer® positive displacement diaphragm pumps, VannX™ motorized diaphragm valves, Vannefold™ manifolds, TFFi™.
A standard diaphragm valve, redesigned for less maintenance, longer diaphragm life, and an environment where contamination can ruin millions of dollars of pharmaceuticals. US-manufactured, standard and custom, stocked in the USA for over 30 years.

Configurations available with manual, pneumatic, or eMaxion actuation; standard or block body; optional zero-static, GMP, or sterile-access port arrangements.
When an operator tightens a manual valve, it is easy to over-tighten and crush the EPDM or PTFE diaphragm. The Tork-Tite feet act as a hard physical stop · the handwheel turns until the feet make metal-to-metal contact with the valve block, compressing the diaphragm by the exact right amount every time. Full details p. 17
Variants on the standard two-way diaphragm body · Valbow® integrated valve-elbow, Tee Body 3-way, and multi-port diverter assemblies. Same Tork-Tite® bonnet interface, same diaphragm options, same actuation choices · different process geometries solved at the body.

A valve and an elbow, machined as a single body. Eliminates the fitting that traditional installations require between a 2-way valve and a 90° turn · saves the weld, the centerline real estate, and the leak path. Originally engineered for the Sample Bottle Assembly (p. 13) where the integrated geometry tightens dimensions and removes a validation point · now also specified into tight-clearance skid layouts, point-of-use installations, and custom hybrid configurations.
A 3-way diaphragm valve machined into a single tee-shaped body. One diaphragm seals two flow paths in one assembly · cuts the fitting count, the leak paths, and the centerline distance when a transfer, divert, or branch point would otherwise need two separate valves welded back-to-back. Same Tork-Tite® bonnet, same diaphragm compounds, same actuation options as the standard two-way line.
Multi-combination diverter-style diaphragm valves · a cost-effective answer to overcrowding in complex piping layouts. Same quality customers expect from the rest of the Aquasyn line, machined into a block geometry that combines 3, 4, or 5 flow paths in a single body. Available in horizontal and vertical placements, actuated or manual, with maximum drainability built into the geometry.
All variants share the standard two-way body materials, surface finishes, diaphragm compounds, and actuation options (p. 05, p. 09). Configure at aquasyn.com/configure · part-number legend on p. 19.
All Aquasyn diaphragms are precision-molded to tight tolerances, machined from approved compounds, and shipped with full lot traceability and Certificates of Conformance.

Block-body design with the tightest bend radii in the industry. True zero-static geometry, completely drainable, fully machined from a single block. Integrated sampling and custom options available across both lines.
A hygienic tee where the side branch is machined directly into a single block, eliminating the dead leg a traditional welded tee creates. Used wherever a process line needs a sample port, drain, vent, or transfer takeoff without the bacterial risk of stagnant fluid · WFI and PW loops, CIP/SIP headers, bioreactor feed and return, fill-finish skids.

The drop-off valve from a recirculating clean utility loop (WFI, PW, clean steam) that delivers fluid to a fill station, sampling point, or equipment hookup. The U-shaped block keeps the main loop flowing past the valve · zero stagnant fluid between draws, fully drainable between uses. P1 / P2 / P3 orientations cover the standard piping geometries.

Sample/bleed valves with four orientations on one mechanism, and the industry-standard re-usable sample bottle assembly built around the integrated Valbow® · machined from 316L bar stock with no castings.
A small-bore valve teed off a main process line to draw representative samples or bleed gas during fill, with a rising-stem TFM tip that seals positively against a 316L body. Used at bioreactor sample ports, WFI loop takeoffs, fill-finish skids, and anywhere a closed sterile boundary needs controlled access for QC or process monitoring.

A re-usable glass-bottle sampling system built around the Valbow® integrated valve-elbow on the cap. Bench-side, the operator opens the Valbow to draw a representative sample without breaking the sterile boundary or contaminating the bottle interior. Used at bioreactor and WFI sample points across pharma and biotech · the industry-standard alternative to single-use sample bags where lifecycle cost matters.

The Aquasyn two-way diaphragm valve, configured at the vessel-bottom drain point. Two styles · Welded Flange and Tri-Tank · sized to the vessel, with the weir face moved close to the connection to eliminate stagnant fluid. Machined from 316L bar stock.
Sits at the lowest point of a tank or vessel to drain product, recover CIP rinse, or harvest a batch. The drain-optimized geometry eliminates the dead leg a standard tee or flush valve creates · critical wherever residual fluid would breed bacteria or contaminate the next batch. Used on bioreactors, fermenters, hold tanks, CIP skids, and any vessel that needs to empty cleanly between runs.
Foundational Aquasyn tank-bottom design, re-engineered into a more compact unit. Weir face positioned closer to the weld flange · stagnant fluid at the vessel bottom is eliminated.
Same drain-optimized geometry, terminated in a tri-clamp connection instead of a weld. The right choice for vessels that strip and clean regularly · or where the valve must come off without breaking the weld.
